Logistics Test and Evaluation Manager: The NTA Logistics
Test and Evaluation Manager is responsible for supporting the
VH-71 Test and Evaluation Deputy Assistant Program Manager for
Logistics (DAPML) and for ensuring test team has appropriate
support in the 10 ILS elements. Additionally, they will
assist in making certain that members of the VH-71 Supportability
IPT and the Integrated Test Team IPT are cognizant of supportability
requirements and the emerging design and modifications to that
design are properly influenced for supportability. A full description

Experienced Senior Acquisition Logistics Managers With
Avionics & Computer Resource Experience: A minimum
of four years of recent experience supervising and directing
the activities of at least three acquisition logistics managers
in the performance of comprehensive analysis across the spectrum
of ILS elements, during an avionics job assignment in an Acquisition
Command (NAVAIR) or supporting an acquisition command (FST/NAC).
Demonstrated Navy/USMC acquisition logistics specific support
experience in acquisition logistics planning and management
which demonstrates the ability to perform independent work to
provide logistics and support system effectiveness analysis,
studies and evaluation in support of DoD weapons systems and

PROGRAM
ANALYST, SENIOR
Functions:
- Performs program mgmt, technical or
business analysis.
- Knowledge of DOD systems acquisitions
- Supports IPTs
- Tracks program status and schedules
- Applies policies and procedures to
financial planning, tracking of commitments, obligations and
expenditures
- Familiar with SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD
forms relating to PPBS, MIPR, Work Requests, Requisitions,
CDRLS and DD254s
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (8 yrs of acquisition
experience over and above minimum experience requirements are
considered equivalent to Bachelor's degree)
Experience:
Minimum of 10 yrs experience in program management, technical
or business analysis
Minimum of 6 years out of 10 years of recent work experience
related to analysis and planning
Experience in Navy ERP desired
Experience with NAVAIR Procurement Initiation Document (PID)
processes/business rules desired
Proficient with Microsoft Office software suite
